Following your breakfast at the hotel, your guide will take you on a full day exploration of the profound cultural and spiritual heritage of Kathmandu, taking you to multiple UNESCO world heritage sites.

Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple): You will start the day at this lofty Buddhist stupa resting on a hill with its eye catching views of the entire Kathmandu Valley. This site is one of the oldest by gaining importance as a relious center in Nepal where it is worshiped by Buddhists and Hindus.

Pashupatinath Temple: You will then proceed to Nepal’s most revered Hindu temple complex located on the banks of Bagmati River. Here, you will observe traditional cremation services and you will see sadhus (Hindu religious hermits) practicing their spirituality.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: You can take a walk at the serene old royal palace region of historic Kathmandu after lunch. This square is a living exposition of older temples and courtyards along with houses sculptured and wooden buildings in newari style architecture.

After breakfast, we’ll drive to Pokhara, Nepal’s most scenic lakeside city (about 200 km from Kathmandu). The drive follows the Trishuli River, offering views of lush green hills, charming villages and terraced farmlands.

Upon arrival in Pokhara, you’ll be greeted by stunning views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and the Annapurna range. Pokhara is often called the “City of Lakes” and serves as the starting point for all Annapurna treks.

In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing walk or boat ride on Phewa Lake, where the reflection of Machhapuchhre shimmers in the water. You may also explore the lively Lakeside area for shopping or dinner by the lake.

After breakfast, we leave Pokhara and drive for about two hours to Hile (1,430m), the starting point of our trek. This charming village offers a first glimpse into the rural beauty of Nepal, where you’ll see a mix of cultures, traditional houses, and terraced farmlands.

From Hile, our trek begins along a scenic trail through subtropical forests, dotted with waterfalls and small villages. After lunch, we cross the Modi Khola River on a suspension bridge and reach Tikhedhunga, a small riverside settlement.

From here, we start our ascent up the famous Ulleri staircase, a steep climb of thousands of stone steps that test your stamina, but reward you with stunning mountain views and a true sense of accomplishment.

Overnight at a cozy teahouse in Ulleri Village, surrounded by rhododendron forests and the warm hospitality of the Gurung people.

After breakfast, we leave the stone-built village of Ulleri and begin our gradual ascent through beautiful forests of rhododendron, oak and maple. The trail passes through the peaceful hamlets of Banthanti and Nangethanti, where we can rest and enjoy the refreshing mountain air.

As we climb higher, the scenery becomes even more enchanting. During spring, the entire forest glows with red and pink rhododendron blossoms, making this stretch one of the most picturesque in the Annapurna region.

After about five to six hours of walking, we arrive at Ghorepani, a welcoming mountain village that once served as a rest stop for traders traveling between Nepal and Tibet. The name Ghorepani means “horse water,” referring to its historical role as a watering point for caravans.

Today, Ghorepani is a popular resting place for trekkers, offering cozy teahouses, small shops and breathtaking views of Annapurna South, Dhaulagiri, Hiunchuli, and Nilgiri. As evening falls, the air turns cool and refreshing, inviting you to relax by the fire and enjoy a hearty dinner before resting for the night.

Today is one of the most memorable days of the trek.
Before dawn, we make an early start for a short but steep climb to Poon Hill (3,210 m) - the most famous viewpoint in the Annapurna region. Reaching the top just in time for sunrise, we are rewarded with a breathtaking panorama as the first golden rays touch the towering peaks of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Hiunchuli and many more. The sight of over twenty Himalayan summits glowing in the morning light is truly unforgettable.

After enjoying the views and a warm cup of tea or coffee at the top, we return to Ghorepani for a hearty breakfast. From here, our trail continues east, climbing gently along a forested ridge and then descending through beautiful rhododendron and pine woods, passing small streams and waterfalls.

By afternoon, we reach Tadapani, a peaceful village nestled among the trees with close-up views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. This is one of the most beautiful stops on the trek, surrounded by nature and mountain silence.

After breakfast, we begin our descent from Tadapani (2700m) , a quiet village surrounded by dense forest and mountain views. The trail soon splits — the southern route leads to Ghandruk, while we follow the eastern path toward Chhomrong.

Our route descends through lush rhododendron and oak forests to reach Gurjung, a small Gurung settlement just across a suspension bridge over the Kimrong Khola River. The walk through this section is peaceful and filled with the sounds of birds and flowing streams.

From Gurjung, the path gradually climbs and then levels out as we approach Chhomrong, one of the most charming villages in the Annapurna region. Nestled on the lap of the mighty Annapurna Massif, Chhomrong offers spectacular views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) towering above the valley.

Once a traditional Gurung village, Chhomrong today combines local heritage with the comforts of modern mountain lodges.

After breakfast in Chhomrong, we descend along a stone staircase and cross the Chhomrong Khola River. From here, the trail climbs steadily through a beautiful forest filled with bamboo, oak, fern, and rhododendron trees. The sound of birds and the rushing river accompany us along the way.

We pass through Bamboo (2,300 m) and Dovan (2,500 m) , peaceful settlements surrounded by lush vegetation and waterfalls. The air becomes cooler as the forest grows denser, creating a calm and tranquil atmosphere.

By afternoon, we reach Himalaya Hotel, a quiet stop nestled in the middle of the forest, perfect for rest and acclimatization before heading higher.

Today is one of the most exciting days of the entire journey!
We start early, following the trail past Deurali (3,200 m) and gradually climb through alpine meadows with scattered boulders and occasional glimpses of snow-capped peaks. The scenery becomes increasingly dramatic as we reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700 m), located beneath the striking peak of Fishtail Mountain.

After enjoying short rest and incredible views of Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, and Gangapurna, we continue on a gentle uphill trail through open terrain until we arrive at Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m).

Here, you’ll stand surrounded by a breathtaking 360° panorama of some of the highest peaks on Earth — Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre, and Tent Peak. It’s an unforgettable moment and a true highlight of your Himalayan adventure.

After witnessing the magical sunrise over the Annapurna range, we enjoy breakfast with the mountains glowing in the morning light. Then, we begin our descent, retracing our steps past Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali, Himalaya Hotel, and Dovan before reaching Bamboo.

We continue descending through bamboo and rhododendron forests to Sinuwa, then cross the Chhomrong Khola and make a short climb back to Chhomrong Village. From here, the trail drops steeply down to Jhinu Danda, a small and lively hilltop village.

Jhinu Danda is famous for its natural hot springs, located a short 20-minute walk below the village by the riverside , a perfect place to soak and relax your tired muscles after several days of trekking.

After breakfast, we follow the Modi Khola River on a pleasant and scenic trail through small villages and terraced farmlands. The final stretch to Syauli Bazaar takes about three to four hours and marks the end of our trekking adventure.

Here, we take a short break before starting our drive back to Pokhara (around 2.5 hours). The drive follows a bumpy road until we reach the city, where you can finally relax and enjoy the comforts of your hotel.

After breakfast, we return to Kathmandu, marking the end of our wonderful mountain adventure.
By default, we travel by comfortable tourist bus (6–7 hours) for the scenic 200 km drive along the Trishuli River Valley. The journey offers beautiful views of villages, terraced farmlands and lush hills, providing one last glimpse of Nepal’s countryside and daily life.

Optional Flight ?????? (25 minutes):
If you prefer to save time and avoid the long drive, you can choose a short and scenic flight back to Kathmandu. The flight provides breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayan ranges, rolling hills, and rivers , a quick and comfortable way to end your trek.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our team will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax, take a warm shower or enjoy some last-minute shopping .
